W3: D3 Getting Back on Track

After the Christmas weight gain, I'm back on track again. The cookies aren't gone yet, so I'm still slightly over my calories, but only my revised budget, I'd be under if I were still using the calorie level that LoseIt says I should be using.

I didn't drink much water yesterday, though, and only 1 diet soda, so I'm feeling headachey and heavy today. What a difference water intake makes. It seems like the more I drink, the more my body wants it.
