Cravings. Ugh.
Water. Ugh.
I keep finding justifications to eat things I know I shouldn't in proportions that I shouldn't. My weight is going in the wrong direction because of it. I need to get under control. Routine is the key, I think, and removing temptation - stop letting my loved ones bake cakes and cookies that I love.
And, drink water!

*Fitbit sets my calorie burn goal number lower if I do under 1500 steps - to sedentary instead of normal. At least, that's how I think it works.
