First strength training of 2015

Ouch

That's what my chest and arms are saying today. 

I did 3 sets of 15 reps on bench press (just the bar), incline press (15lb dumbbells), seated cable row (40lbs), and cable pull-down (40lbs).

Today I'm going to do arms and shoulders, same set and rep number, probably do a few versions of curls and triceps extensions with some shoulder presses in there for warm-up.

Every day, I park on the lowest level of our parking garage and take the stairs up to the 2nd floor offices where I work. According to the Fitbit, it's 4.5 floors, but the Fitbit only counts it as exercise going up.

The thing is, even though my chest and arms are sore today, I really find that I like it. A lot. I think I'm broken.
